Keep your ProFlow tasks and meetings in sync with your favorite calendar application for a unified view of your schedule.
Supported Calendars
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- Apple Calendar (via iCal)
- Any calendar supporting iCal format
Setting Up Google Calendar
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar
- Click "Connect Google Calendar"
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant ProFlow permission to access your calendar
- Choose sync preferences (one-way or two-way)
What Gets Synced
- Tasks with due dates appear as calendar events
- Video call meetings are added to your calendar
- CRM activities with scheduled times
- Project milestones and deadlines
