ProFlow Sign Introduction
ProFlow Sign is the built-in document signing feature that allows you to send, sign, and manage contracts and agreements without leaving the platform.
Key Features
- Send for Signature: Upload documents and send them to clients or team members for signing
- Multiple Signers: Add multiple signers with defined signing order
- Signature Fields: Place signature, initial, date, and text fields on documents
- Templates: Create reusable templates for frequently used documents
- Audit Trail: Complete history of all signing activities
How to Send a Document
- Navigate to Documents & Signing in the sidebar
- Click "New Document" and upload your file
- Add recipients and their email addresses
- Place signature fields where needed
- Click "Send for Signature"
Tracking Status
Monitor the status of all your documents from the Documents dashboard. You'll see whether documents are pending, viewed, or completed, along with timestamps for each action.
