Clients & Client Portal
ProFlow lets you add clients to your projects and give them limited access through the Client Portalβa clean, focused view of project progress without the complexity of your internal tools.
Adding Clients to Projects
- Open any project
- Go to the Clients tab
- Click Add Client
- Enter their name and email
- They'll receive an invitation to access the portal
What Clients Can See
In the Client Portal, clients can view:
- Tasks marked as visible: You control which tasks they see
- Project progress: Overall completion status
- Documents shared with them: Selective document access
- Files shared with them: Selective file access
- Messages: Communicate directly with your team
What Clients Cannot See
- Internal notes and discussions
- Tasks not marked as client-visible
- Team member details
- Financial information
- Other projects
Controlling Visibility
For each task, you can toggle Client Visibility on or off. This gives you full control over what clients see without maintaining a separate system.
