Contacts
Contacts are people you interact withβleads, clients, partners. Each contact record includes:
- Contact info: Name, email, phone, company
- Notes: Internal notes about the relationship
- Deals: Opportunities linked to this contact
- Activities: Calls, meetings, emails you've logged
- Tags: Custom labels for filtering and organization
Deals
Deals represent potential revenue. Each deal moves through your pipeline stages:
- Value: Expected revenue
- Stage: Where it is in your sales process
- Contact: Who you're selling to
- Close date: When you expect to close
- Probability: Likelihood of closing

See all your deals at a glance with the Kanban-style pipeline. Drag deals between stages as they progress.
