Manage your ProFlow subscription, payment methods, and view your billing history.

Subscription Plans

• Starter: For individuals and small teams getting started
• Professional: Advanced features for growing teams
• Business: Full feature access with priority support
• Enterprise: Custom solutions for large organizations

Managing Your Subscription

Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage payment methods. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal
• Bank transfer (Enterprise only)

Invoices

Download invoices for any billing period from the Billing History section. Invoices are automatically emailed to your billing contact after each payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
